More than 23 years of (brand) design experience and worked for 10+ years in the fields of energy, renewables and smart home solutions. Successful, fully remote working and remotely team leading since 2018. Over the past two decades I have been working in organisations with 10 (agency) and up to 98k employees (Publicis Groupe), with clients from A to Z: AEG, CWS, Deutsche Telekom, E.ON, ERGO, Goood.Life, KfW, Lanxess, Miele, Stadt Oldenburg, Stiebel Eltron, VHS, ZAVA, start-ups and institutions. Since 2023: Shiji Group. I love agile and fast moving processes and workflows, to inspire and coach my team to success and provide hands-on mentality. I am always keen on improving current status quo, pushing projects to the next level — from strategic as well as from design POV. With a focus on priorities but also on pixel perfect results.
