As President and CEO of Shiraleah for the past 21 years Robert Hoffmann oversees all strategic, financial/budgeting and philanthropic activities of the company. A business and community leader known as a creative, strategic thinker Robert is often asked to speak locally and nationally on a variety of topics. Based in Chicago, Shiraleah is a wholesale design and distribution company operating a 65,000 square foot warehouse and office facility with more than 2,000 in-line products sold to 3,000 retailers around the world. With a focus on speeding up product deliveries and expansion of its product offering, Robert oversaw the opening of a design and development office based in Hong Kong in 2012. More recently with the growth in e-commerce, Shiraleah has expanded into drop shipping and direct-to-consumer sales via their website www.shiraleah.com. As president and CEO he drives all growth strategies at the company and manages a team of 55 employees, 100+ independent sales and marketing consultants and two teams in Asia. Robert graduated with honors from the University of Michigan (’96) and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School (’03) with a dual major in Finance and Management.
