I am creative as well as process and people oriented, which makes me a strong leader who focuses on employee development without neglecting customer centricity. I design processes that clearly show the goal, but give as much freedom on the way there as possible and serve as an ideal mediator in cross functional teams. I was already able to gain experience in different areas (sales, marketing and services) as well as in different functions (expert, team leader, head of department) and was therefore able to develop different perspectives and skills. Furthermore, I had and have the chance to gain deep insights into a company through various xfunctional projects. I look forward to further impulses and exciting contacts, as well as a good exchange around my topics.
