Master Sergeant Robert Gonzales Jr. is an instructor for the Health Services Management Apprentice/Patient Administration Specialist course at the Medical Education and Training Campus, Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas. As an instructor, MSgt Gonzales teaches over 700 students annually the technical skills and knowledge required to achieve entry-level competencies and perform duties at 76 MTFs world-wide. He also develops curriculum, instructional materials, and performance measurement tools in support of a $16M, 39-day Community College of the Air Force accredited course. Sergeant Gonzales grew up in a military family, he graduated from Andress High School in El Paso, TX in 2000. He entered the Air Force as an Airman Basic in August 2005. He started his career as a Health Service Manager after graduating from the Health Service Manager apprentice course at Sheppard AFB, Texas in December 2003.
