    I started off my journey part of the Irish Management Team at Manor Farm (Irish subsidiary of Scandi Standard). I was responsible for optimization and worked together with the Irish Management Team to improve and implement relevant changes. A big part of my initial tasks was to decrease the number of open non-compliances. I successfully managed to close 95% of the open non-compliances together with the Irish Management Team, a big task that required everyone to be on-board! The remaining 5% were non-compliances that needed long-term solutions which were planned for and awaited implementation. I was also a Project Manager at Group Operations (Scandi Standard), traveling to different plants and working with important projects that were considered urgent and important to quickly get solved.

    In my position as Interim Plant Manager I was responsible for Kronfågels production plant in Valla, Katrineholm. The plant employed around 900 employees and my tasks varied, such as: * P&L responsibility for the plant * Part of Capex investments and Business Case processes related to the plant * Part of Steering Committees for projects related to the plant * Responsible for and managed 6 Department Managers, which in turn managed several Production Leaders * Carried out frequent coaching, support, leadership and worked with targets/ KPI:s for the Department Managers * Responsible for and carried out performance & salary reviews * Part of the Valla Management Team * Frequent discussions/ decision points with other relevant parties such as Live Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc. * Responsible for crisis management at Valla together with the COO of Sweden * Several negotiations/ deals with unions * Successfully implemented several changes/ improvements as part of Scandi Standards/ Kronfågels long-term plan As Interim Plant Manager I developed as an individual, gaining both knowledge and experience that has been of great value!

    The Graduate Leadership Program allowed for a very flexible and open workplace. During the program I was allowed to travel to other production sites across Scandi Standard in order to learn, benchmark and increase my knowledge. I was also attending workshops concerning leadership and management, while at the same time managing projects and improving Scandi's production sites. The program was divided into three rotations: From September 2019 until March 2020 I was a responsible project manager for a major project at the Swedish production site. My main achievements were: * Successfully managed the project in relation to set KPI:s and targets, very well achieving these * Project savings of approximately 12MSEK * Increased the commitment-and motivation level in the production, but also within the project group * Presented the project and its implementation process/ learnings to other production sites of Scandi Standard, as it was considered a leading example From March 2020 until September 2020 I was a responsible project manager for two new major projects within the same Swedish production site, one of which being a CapEx project from Group Operations and the other related to one of our biggest customers. I was also offered the opportunity to be Head of the Slaughter & Cut-Up Department during the vacation period of the original employee (4 weeks). This experience has further strengthened my passion for being a leader, taking responsibility and making important decisions. During my time I successfully managed 8 Production Leaders, actively worked against set KPI:s and targets, resolved issues amongst staff members, etc. My PL's were very happy with my effort and empowerment. During my third, and last, rotation I worked as Interim Plant Manager at the Valla production site (Kronfågel AB). This was a very valuable experience.
