Public company director, senior finance educator, and former investment executive with more than 30 years of experience in asset management, capital markets, credit investing, corporate governance, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic oversight. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM), where I chair the Governance & Nominating Committee and Human Resources Committee and serve on the Audit Committee. In this capacity, I have been involved in corporate governance, executive compensation, strategic transactions, capital allocation decisions, shareholder engagement, and board oversight of management. I am also a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I teach Advanced Investments and Fixed Income and advise several student investment and finance organizations. Through my teaching and mentoring activities, I remain actively engaged with developments in financial markets, investment management, and leadership development. Prior to joining academia, I spent more than two decades in the investment industry, including serving as a Managing Director at Barings. I also held senior investment and finance roles at Wellington Management, Houlihan Lokey, and Bank of America.
