Founded and managed a Non-profit that focused on relief issues for Liberian refugees during the civil crisis and transitioned to the educational needs of Liberian youth after the civil crisis came to an end. Participated in The 2003 Accra Peace Accords as a member of Civil Society. Collaborated with the UNHCR and other international organisations to deliver services needed by the refugee population in the ECOWAS region.
* Provided strategic direction and leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and practices. * Supervised and manage administrative teams including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Security, and other related departments. * Successfully implemented the construction of a new terminal building, the overlay of runway 04 - 22, and the construction of a modern, state of the art administrative building all totalling over $80 million US dollars. * Oversaw procurement processes, vendor contracts, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations. * Coordinated closely with Finance to manage capital projects, payroll, budget reconciliation, and financial reporting. * Maintained a safe, secure, and well-maintained airport environment by overseeing facilities management, security protocols, and emergency response plans
