Robert F. Larocca is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Relations Officer of SterlingRisk, which he joined in 1999 and helped transform into one of the nation’s top privately held insurance brokerages. Prior to joining SterlingRisk, he held the position of Long Island Branch Manager for American International Group (AIG) after having served as Assistant Vice President at Johnson & Higgins. He began his career in 1991 as an insurance broker with Marsh & McLennan in New York. A 1990 graduate of LIU Post, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Robert is a tireless supporter of many local and national organizations. He is a current member of The Nassau County Police Reserves and serves on the boards of RiskProNet, an international network of U.S. based Insurance Brokerages, and the Council for Insuring Private Clients (CIPC). Robert also serves on the board of directors for The Mental Health Association of Nassau County and Nassau County Law Enforcement Exploring. He is a former board member of The Theodore Roosevelt Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
