I lead measurement and analytics for BlackRock's Global Marketing organization, building capital allocation frameworks, and analytics to drive revenue growth, market share, and smarter investment decisions. Over 14+ years across financial services and enterprise tech, I've built analytics functions from the ground up - designing BI platforms, running ROI and marketing mix models, and leading global teams that turn complex data into clear investment strategies.
