Hi, I’m Robbie, an IT Trainer with a strong focus on helping teams get the most out of the tools they use every day. At Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, I design and deliver training programs that make complex systems easier to understand and use. I build structured learning pathways, lead live and virtual training sessions, and create digital learning content including videos, guides, and e-learning materials . My work centers around improving user adoption, simplifying workflows, and creating scalable training resources that reduce reliance on support. I’ve developed SOPs, knowledge bases, and firmwide training initiatives, and have also worked with AI-driven tools to modernize how training is delivered and accessed. I’m a very positive and approachable person, and I bring that energy into every training I lead. I enjoy creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, staying engaged, and actually learning something they can use right away. I take pride in making training practical, engaging, and easy to follow. Whether it’s onboarding new users, rolling out new software, or improving existing processes, my goal is to help people feel confident and efficient in their day-to-day work.
