RIGMAR GROUP LIMITED, ABERDEEN, UK March 2008 – Dec 2014 The company provides multi-discipline support to several areas of the Upstream & Downstream Oil & Gas, Subsea, Renewables & Civils Industries including; rig repair & maintenance, fabrication, specialist access, inspection, scaffolding, blasting/painting and engineering design and operates over four(4) different UK locations, as well as several overseas satellite offices. Managing Director/CEO 2009 – 2014 Manage and direct a workforce of c.200 staff plus 500+ contractors in several locations across the UK with full accountability for profit and loss, sales, sustainable business growth and new acquisitions, aligning organisation structure with the strategic direction of the organisation; reported directly to the board.
