Designed and led a full redesign and upgrade of the Consul Enterprise Service Mesh, enabling secure communication for 50+ applications across 45 Kubernetes clusters (9 clusters per environment across 5 environments), standardizing service-to-service communication using intentions and ACL policies. Provisioned and managed platform infrastructure using Terraform, integrated with Bash and Ansible for automated platform deployments. Served as SME for JFrog Artifactory, managing 15 instances, with 6TB+ of artifacts each, across multiple environments as the primary artifact repository. Deployed and leveraged Prometheus and Grafana to improve observability and accelerate troubleshooting of platform and application performance issues. Remediated hundreds of critical and high-severity CVEs by patching platform services and operating system components. Standardized deployment workflows, improving developer experience and reducing operational overhead. Led recurring cross-team knowledge-sharing sessions, improving platform adoption and operational consistency. Designed, maintained, and upgraded CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), enabling controlled, repeatable releases across multiple environments.
