Not so recently retired Finance and M&A specialist with lots of restructuring and performance improvement experience. With most recent experience in the not-for-profit sector and education but with previous extensive private sector experience. Now enjoying contributing via a number volunteer roles Audit Committee and Council member at the University of Huddersfield , Audit Committee member and Governor at Warrington and Vale Royal College. on the committee of a local environment and sustainability group and on the committee of a Brass Banding organisation.
