Responsible for all aspects of facility "bricks and mortar" including general operations, Animal Facility and Biosafety. Project management for renovation projects including a new $10M Animal Facility. Contributor to recruitment and opertions of incubator companies. Oversight of all institutional capital equipment. Act as Institutional Official for Finanical Conflict of Interest .
Responsible for all aspects of Research Program operations including annual budget development. Oversight of institutional IRB and IACUC activities. Interfaced with Clinical Departments including Surgery, Medicine and Neurology to facilitate their research activities.
