Responsible for managing a team of seasoned commercial real estate underwriters with responsibility underwriting all asset classes across the nation. Assist with due diligence projects to ensure clients timing and goals are met. Work to facilitate cross product sales within the Quiet Stream Financial network and assist senior management in planning and executing on business plans. Provide marketing and sales support. Responsible for underwriting and surveillance system design and enhancement and working with development team to meet assigned goals utilizing Agile methodology.
Responsible for managing 17 FTE's overseeing a loan portfolio of $110B. Portfolio consists of CMBS, Life Company, Agency, mezzanine debt, and Bank held assets. Team duties include performing loan asset management, surveillance, advance monitoring, covenant testing, property inspections, and financial compliance. Chief liason with offshore captive in Hyderabad India working with a team of 39 FTE's supporting all aspects of commercial loan servicing. Serve as a Senior member of the Management Committee, Credit Committee, and Special Servicing Committee.
