Reporting to the Club General Manager, direct up to 50 staff members through banquet, restaurant, halfway house and kitchen areas • Preparing budgets, forecasting, scheduling and working closely with catering department to increase events and wedding business. • Ensuring member satisfaction is maintained to private club expectations by challenging key staff to perform with high service standards. • Creating schedules following new Ontario Government laws. • Working closely with beverage reps and following beverages trends to bring new products to members.
