As Regional Manager I managed the operations of self storage locations in Illinois while also overseeing Regions in Florida and Minnesota, including revenue management, pricing, marketing, customer relations, and human resources. The Lock Up is a family owned and operated company that has been in the self storage business since 1976. The Lock Up operates storage centers in eight states, and owns and manages over 3 million square feet of self storage.
Supervised 11 Field Coordinators and 180 Merchandisers in the garden shops of 44 Lowes stores in the Midwest, from Northwestern Indiana and Chicago to Nebraska. Conducted all hiring, training and development. Facilitated communication between plant growers and Lowes management staff to ensure proper execution of corporate merchandising initiatives and plan-o-grams.
