Interface with owner and architect through design and development process. Maintain accurate and comprehensive budgets through analysis of subcontractor proposals. Coordinate with Director of Construction and Project Manager in awarding subcontract agreements. Manage accurate construction schedules responding promptly to changes. (i.e ASI's RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's.) Conduct timely staff and owner/architect meetings Enforce Contractor Quality Control by utilizing 3 phase inspection. (i.e Army Corps) Manage close-out documentation from subcontractors monthly for owners use at completion of project.
Assure safe working conditions and adherence to OSHA regulations. Obtain price for bids and coordinate with project team. Purchase construction material within budget constraints. Accurately update project schedules for field. Process and expedite shop drawings and submittals.
Provide and maintain daily punch lists to be completed by various subcontractors to meet scheduled project turnover. Punch completed on time with limited supervision.
Maintained existing and set up new accounts daily. Reviewed all outside vendor's invoices to ensure proper billing. Maintained inventory and placed weekly orders to meet customer's needs within budget. Set goals for employee to better serve the customer. Hired and trained new employees, as well as daily scheduling, and conducted employee reviews.
Installed and maintained Comdial Business Systems. Troubleshoot and resolved problems with Phone systems, and reviewed work orders with customers to ensure work is completed to customer's satisfaction.
