- Authored the society’s flagship EDI plan, setting out its EDI strategy through to 2028 - Delivered a suite of reforms: relaunched the EDI Instagram, introduced active listening training for officers, expanded outreach to other societies, introduced a member’s code of conduct and secured drinks covers at our bar - Sat on the executive standing committee, contributing to the society’s general running
I was a cabin counsellor, helping take charge of a cabin of 7 and 8-year-olds, requiring resilience, teamwork and quick thinking to resolve any problems that arose. I was also a drumming teacher, often focusing on several different things at once when teaching groups.
