Currently working for AMWINS as a Product Recall Specialist guiding and educating retail agents and insureds through the placement process of a unique and complex coverage. It is important to understand the nuance differences surrounding this specialty line insurance placement. Interact daily with agents and insureds to understand companies risk and help develop and implement Product Recall Insurance policies to protect them against the financial loss brought on from a major recall.
Assisted customers with the purchasing of products, provided product knowledge, and gave advice on trends and styles.
Interfaced daily with producers, account managers and customers. Dealt with claims, inter-agency work and managed accounts. Established working partnerships with underwriting representatives from the Insurance community. Met with clients and prospects, facilitated and hosted presentations and meetings. Developed a wholesaler database. Worked in partnership with the President and Managing Principal of HNI Truck Group towards development of strategic alliance with key industry associates. Managed a special project requisitioned by the President and Managing Principal of HNI Truck Group on the current Health Care Act.
