Job responsibilities: - Make disposition on Engineering hold lots - Create customer monthly report on Engineering hold lots. - Validate failed QA lots - Retrieve data when machine hang-up occurs - Monitoring of Bin/Site yield and site to site yield difference - Update/Implement work instruction per process. - Prepare tester set up for customer allocation - Do failure analysis on Engineering hold lots.
Job Responsibilities: - Debugging and troubleshooting of assembled Loadboards, DUT board and jigs. - Debugging hardware using wafer setup. - Data gathering and comparison of data gathered. - Interpretation of device circuit diagram - Knowledge in reading test program (C, C++, DOS) - Test program update and schematic diagram revision. - Tester calibration and maintenance - Test hardware monitoring and evaluation during production set up. - File’s defect reports and report test progress
