As a BOH Manager at Nike, I oversee the back-of-house operations for one of the world's leading sports brands. I have more than 17 years of experience in retail, customer service, merchandising, stock management, and ship from store, working with global brands such as Adidas and Esprit de Corp. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, ensuring that our store is well-stocked, organized, and attractive. I am also responsible for managing the store's KPIs, targets, and budgets, as well as handling all deliveries, returns, and faults. I work with a team of dedicated and talented warehouse staff, whom I train, supervise, and motivate to achieve our goals. I am always looking for ways to improve our processes, systems, and standards, and to make a positive impact on our store and our company.
Responsible for handling all deliveries and related paper work. Unpacking and scanning all new stock and organizing everything so the front of the store can run smoothly. Replenishing the front of the store before it opens and tidying everything so it is presented in the best possible way for the customer. Responsible for Ship from Store customer orders. Picking and packing the items to be shipped to customers and making sure they are collected on time daily. Having a full understanding of the stores KPI’s, weekly and monthly targets. In charge of all clothing in the store during sale periods and also for handling all returned items or fault items etc.
