I’ve spent the last 20 years working across development, leasing and estate strategy within the innovation and science sector, primarily in Cambridge and the wider UK market. I’m currently leading the delivery of Cambridge Discovery Campus, a 50-acre innovation and science scheme adjacent to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, taking the site from a constrained position to a deliverable scheme. Alongside this, I work with a range of clients including colleges, private estates and occupiers, advising on development strategy, land opportunities and the delivery and positioning of campus-style environments for innovation-led occupiers. Previously a Director at Savills and Head of Office for Cambridge, I led one of the firm’s largest regional businesses and was responsible for the commercial operation across Cambridge and the Eastern region. I also played a leading role in establishing Savills’ innovation and science sector capability as part of its wider UK platform. I’ve worked closely with a range of occupiers and institutional investors across the UK.
Working on the delivery of Cambridge Discovery Campus, a prime 50-acre innovation scheme adjacent to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. * Originated the off market opportunity and led the identification and assembly of the site * Defined the vision * Led the planning strategy * Took the scheme from signing the development agreement through to submission of an enhanced outline planning application in less than six months * Worked closely with occupiers to understand requirements and align building design and specification * Supporting the commercial positioning of the scheme and future leasing strategy

Head of Office – Cambridge Head of Commercial – Cambridge and Eastern Region * Led one of Savills’ largest regional offices, with overall responsibility for performance and leadership of the Cambridge business * Responsible for the commercial business across Cambridge and the Eastern region, covering office, life science and logistics sectors.
