Singularly responsible for the internal critique and cost management of all developments throughout the Derwent London pipeline. Responsible for budgetary and timely procurement of all contractors for large and small developments through a number of procurement routes and contracts. Personally leading day-to-day cost management procedures, and implementation of strategic procurement improvement initiatives for projects from £5m to £200m. Reporting directly to CEO and Executive Board members. Project management role includes sole responsibility for delivery of 3 central London boutique residential schemes, the first of which completed in October 2014 and was nominated for an RICS and RIBA award and winner of the NLA awards residential category in 2013. Further project management responsibilities include office regeneration schemes up to £20m, some of which in occupied buildings, throughout the Derwent portfolio.
