Contracts Manager for the Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire Street Lighting PFIs, responsible for overall delivery and performance of the 25 year contracts with the respective County Councils.
Managing in excess of 60,000 assets for the Cambridgeshire PFI, including developing maintenance plans, delivering key monthly reports to the client, ensuing compliance, and providing strategic input for the contract. Also hold the role of Principal Designer for BBLP's national street lighting business. Manager to the UK design team, and the Cambridgeshire admin team.
Co-managing the Design team, to re-build a workable program to complete the final 18 months of the PFI Core Investment Program. Managing team of designers, plus allocating work, signing off drawings, assisting supervisors on site etc. Also formed part of the Contract Management team, involved in strategic management decisions as to how to efficiently deliver the end of the contract to our client. Now also assisting with trouble-shooting a sister contract in another office, to put a design & build program together and allocate their resources more efficiently.
