I am a Construction/Property industry professional with proven leadership and communication skills. I enjoy building and leading teams for high levels of performance and accountability. My broad experience in the construction and property sector over 35 years (representing subcontractors, head contractors, end users and owners) in construction, facilities/property management and maintenance fields has allowed me to see the industry from most angles. This enables me to see many problems from the position of most of the stakeholders. I find that this is very useful in problem solving or working through delicate situations. My goal is to bring all of my experience and knowledge to bare in my work, so that we can do things differently and better.
