Business Development Director responsible for defining the evolution of CBNL’s world leading Point-to-Multipoint VectaStar platform and positioning it as a preferred technology for backhauling 3G / 4G / Wi-Fi small cell solutions, and for developing and executing the commercial sales strategy for the VectaStar Metro solution. Developed close working relationships at all levels of management, with Tier 1 operators and RAN vendors, evangelising the total cost of ownership benefits and technical advantages of using point-to-multipoint microwave technology for backhauling small cell deployments. Also, investigated the market requirements for a small cell backhaul solution, and led the development and implementation of the CBNL VectaStar product strategy, which culminated in the successful development of the VectaStar Metro pre-commercial small cell backhaul solution.
