More than 35 years of specialized experience in air quality permitting and compliance, supporting clients in the oil and gas, power generation, data center, mining, food processing, coatings, wood products, and general manufacturing sectors. My technical work spans environmental auditing, compliance program design, air permitting under state and federal regulatory programs, ambient air monitoring strategy, air dispersion modeling, environmental due diligence, facility siting and constraints analysis, quantitative risk assessment, industrial hygiene, and NEPA evaluations. At Trinity, I also focus on strengthening organizational capability through strategic office expansion, workforce development, market and service line growth planning, key account partnership management, and data-driven operational and financial oversight.
