Establishment of a high-performance culture in a globalized R&D environment. • Involved in global strategic planning of the divisions API and Drug Delivery / Formulation businesses, as well as it’s Upstream Processing business. • Securing corresponding alignment and effective implementation of project portfolios across international sites.
Responsible for eight R&D labs. • Expanded functional responsibility for site at Umeå, Sweden, and integration of new team and business following successful acquisition. • Involved in global strategic planning of biosciences, analytical- and preparative- chromatography business units. • Securing corresponding alignment and effective implementation of project portfolios. As of 2009, responsible as R&D coordinator for the divisions “Biomanufacturing Tools” activities (in USP, DSP, Drug Delivery and Process Chemicals). • Since 2008, responsible head of the Global Business Coordination Committee (GBCC) Analytical Chromatography. Implemented change process from a more R&D driven towards a stronger customer solution oriented approach.
