As Senior Project Manager fully responsible for the IPMAR project. The “Improve Plant Maintenance Asset Register” (IPMAR) project covers not only the improvement of the Asset Register itself but also focusses on the improvement or adjustment of the Total E&P Dunga Maintenance Philosophy, Maintenance Strategy, Inspection Philosophy and Criticality Ranking of the Total E&P Dunga assets. The objective for this project is to provide a fit for purpose and complete asset hierarchy with an assigned preventative maintenance programme that fulfils Total E&P Dunga requirements for safe, reliable and compliant operations. After closing this project we must have: • Risk based maintenance strategies to provide line of sight from Total E&P Dunga maintenance objectives and RoK legislation to the preventative maintenance programme in SAP; • A complete asset hierarchy aligned with the ISO14224 standard that reflects as built equipment on the asset; • A criticality assessment based on Total E&P methodology; • A complete preventative maintenance programme built in SAP, aligned to maintenance strategies and ISO14224; and • Replacing the current asset hierarchy and preventative maintenance programme with the new maintenance data in SAP while retaining history and live transactional data. This program will also improve the ability of Total E&P Dunga to improve their analysis of reliability and work management performance and will provide a more accurate analysis of workforce requirements.
Als programmamanager verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van de Tebodin organisatie op de uitrol van Bilfinger ‘PSH’ (process and System Harmonzation) besturingsmodel binnen Tebodin. Doel van het programma is Tebodin, als ‘nieuwe’ dochter van Bilfinger, te integreren binnen het Bilfinger besturingsmodel. Tijdens deze fase van het programma vooral aandacht gegeven aan de veranderkundige aspecten van deze harmonisatieslag. Wat wordt het pad waarlangs de organisatieverandering en de procesaanpassing vorm moet krijgen. Tevens de (financiële)planning van het gehele programma neergezet zodat de juiste budgetten voor de komende jaren beschikbaar zijn om het volledige programma verder uit te voeren.
As Project manager of the mService program i'm responsible for a Multiyear program containing various projects. Purpose of the program is to add all necessary functionality to the existing mService platform that we build prior to this job as Project manager. Projects are running all across the globe. Examples of projects are a calibration solution for the service department in Singapore, a contact center solution for the customer service department in EMEA, a prize quoting solution for field services and contacts in Azia, development of different mobile apps in the US and quarterly improvements to the existing Global mService platform. As program manager I am responsible for the planning and deployment of multiple project teams across the globe. Most teams have a lead Business Analyst as acting project manager. For all larger projects I acted as the project manager myself. The larger projects consisted of 5 to 15 full time project members and several part time members like developers and testers. Financial responsibility for millions of USD.
The centerpiece project at medtronic is a multi year program to deploy common processes and standardized master data enabled by one integrated system. Medtronic has been migrating its functions and sites to Centerpiece and will leverage that core SAP design to help integrate Finance, Sourcing, Service&repair and Deliver processes for legacy Covidien sites into Medtronic PLC. So the centerpiece SAP solution will be used to merge two multinational organizations being Medtronic and Covidien into one brand new Multinational organization. As Project Manager (PM) i'm responsible for the Service and repair part of the project. Together with a team of 8 highly skilled IT professionals and 10+ business resources we have just over 10 months to deliver the complete S&R solution. The S&R solution will support the Service center processes, Field service processes, have a mobile solution and will be completely integrated into finance and material logistics.
