I am a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. My practice focuses on the North American energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on renewable energy and energy transition matters. My clients include private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, strategics and lenders, and I advise on debt finance, tax equity, tax credit transfers, acquisitions and dispositions, project development and commodity hedging. I have significant experience with a wide range of transaction types involving onshore and offshore wind, solar, conventional power, storage, transmission, carbon capture and sequestration, hydrogen and other assets. I have a Band 1 ranking in Chambers in the Projects: Renewables & Alternative Energy and the Offshore Energy practice areas.
