I serve as global CEO for investment bank and advisory firm Lincoln International, where we’re striving to become the best private market advisors in the world by helping our clients achieve their strategic growth goals every day. My aim is to inspire and motivate our people to make a true impact with clients, colleagues and our communities. At Lincoln, we’ve built an investment banking culture that breaks the mold: grit, smarts and passion go hand-in-hand with camaraderie and collaboration. I have nearly 30 years of experience advising leading private equity firms, privately owned businesses and large public companies on acquisitions, valuations, divestitures and other strategic initiatives. As Global CEO, I lead our team of 725+ bankers as they work with clients to attract capital, invest with purpose, create value and realize return. Outside of work, I am the Vice Chair on the board of UNICEF USA and Chair of the Dean’s Business Council for the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois.
