Established the IAM programme for Tesco from scratch covering IGA, PAM and SSO/MFA. I led development and implementation of the vision, strategy, team, technologies and capabilities to manage access risk in Tesco at scale. Highlights include: - Establishing a unique identity for every employee and third parties globally (c.450,000 people) - Building IGA to manage access for hundreds of applications and thousands of infrastructure components, covering millions of accounts & access entitlements with high levels of automation for joiners, movers, leavers and access requests. - SSO implementation for hundreds of corporate systems - 400,000+ person MFA implementation - Developed secure account setup and recovery solution, rooted in strong identity verification, for secure credential management - Developed & implemented simple QR code-enabled authentication method for low-risk/high volume authentications in stores and depots. - Implemented PAM for key financial controls systems
Leading on identifying and delivering improvements to the existing communications (xMatters) and service desk (Zendesk) platforms across the Tesco Group.
Lead the team procuring, developing and implementing a new service desk tool (Zendesk) globally for Tesco.
