I am keen to use my mathematical problem solving skills to make a lasting and positive impact through data science.
Worked on automating the data release process for requests for data from the Cancer Analysis System. This involved building a set of tools in R which could read information specified in Excel, automatically generate and run SQL code on the PHE Cancer Analysis System, extract pseudonymous data and test for 3-anonymity. These tools could then be used by the data analysts who process the requests.
