I graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering at the university of Rome "Tor Vergata", discussing a thesis, carried out in partnership with ATR (Avions de Transport Régional). Worker, ambitious and available to relocate, I am an open minded person, able to work in a team and open to challenging tasks. I have many interests, such as my various extracurricular activities show, including languages. I speak fluently 4 languages (English, French, Spanish and Italian).
Main missions: • Contribute to improving company performance and customer satisfaction, by ensuring the deployment of the quality policy • Manage the quality team (approx. 15 people) ensuring support and achievement of the objectives of the SQCDP • Support all departments in mastering and improving their process • Measure the effectiveness of the quality management system (customer satisfaction, product compliance, supplier performance) through the development of quality indicators • Exercise a quality risk alert role with its management • Guarantee the validity of the FAI (Finished Products and Sub-assembly) / DVI / ISD documents and compliance with specific customer requirements • Facilitate problem-solving projects (using 8D / QRQC / 5W methods…) and support operational staff in dealing with non-conformities • Perform product / process audits • Ensure the validity of qualification of resources and personnel (authorization, approval, etc) as well as the certification and conformity of measurement and control tools
Responsible of the industrialization of OGV Strut and OGV (Outlet Guide Vanes) (LEAP-1A/1B/1C) (CFM International LEAP engine components) Responsible of the industrialization planning: implementation and monitoring (respect deadline and budget), Work instruction creation and follow up, technical and quality interface with suppliers and customers, Support the production flows and validation of special processes, Production time/costs reduction and manufacturing methods optimization Coordination of studies and the transfer of new technologies from the italian subsidiary (Modelleria CPC Group, Modena) to the new site EOLIA (under construction in Chatellerault): Process/ productivity improvement
Main activities: o Responsible of the industrialization project for the Silvercrest® engine (Blisk4 and Impeller parts): Responsible of the “Industrial Validation Dossier (DVI), industrialization planning implementation and monitoring (respect deadline and budget), Work instruction creation and follow up, technical and quality Interface with suppliers and customers, Support the production flows and validation of special processes, Production time/costs reduction and manufacturing methods optimization o Responsible of Continuous Improvement department: Methodology 5s, Lean Six Sigma projects, innovative Participation.
Most important tasks accomplished during the internship: o Study of impact damages on ATR structures, defining the technical solutions for the design of the new generation regional aircraft; o Development of an original automated tool for damage mapping; o Design of a simplified 3D model of the aircrafts for damage assessment
