In 7 years in Culligan, through the ownership of two different Private Equity Funds (Centerbridge and Advent International), I was part of the transformation process of the EMEA business: from a local business focused mainly on the Italian market to a market leader in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, and UAE. As COO I lead the Operations (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, HSE with about 80 associates in Italy) introducing the Lean culture and practice through KPIs definition, continuous improvement initiatives (5s, Kaizen), improving efficiency (Kanban), OTD and quality, reducing losses and pursuing tactical overhead costs reduction.
