Rotation in Integrated Urban Services - Government and Public Sector advisory: - Conducted economic and social impact analysis of the vocational training council and the integral role played by VPET in Hong Kong’s education system as well as in supporting key industries, particularly at a time when the rapidly evolving economic environment leads to drastic changes in manpower requirements. -Developed forecasting methodologies and models for projecting Land and Space Requirements for the Vehicle Maintenance Industries, evaluating current land uses and proposing measures in improving land use efficiency and support measures. - Conducted financial assessments for a leading theme park in Hong Kong on the strategic repositioning plan through financial modeling and provided support in obtaining funding from the Legislative Council - Acted as the financial advisor to perform financial assessments and provide recommendations for the Hong Kong Government on a licensing scheme - Assisted the Hong Kong Government in managing one of the anti-pandemic funds, responsible for the amendment log. - Assisted in the preparation of proposals for government tenders.
