Most companies treat Lean and QEHS as separate initiatives. Different teams. Different budgets. Different KPIs. Then they wonder why improvements don't stick. I've spent my career proving there's a better way. As a Lean Leader, I drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence while integrating EHS into the strategy - because sustainable results require both. Previously at GE Renewable Energy, I built Vision Safe - a cultural transformation program that achieved a 40% reduction in injuries and incidents within one year. The methodology is now publicly available. At GE Vernova, I led EHS readiness PMO for the company's global spin-off, managing systems, compliance, and digital transformation. My toolkit: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Change Management, and Project Management - all grounded in a mechanical engineering foundation and a focus on linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes. I also co-founded SafeSteps24 - a masterclass on the human side of performance: attitude, mindset and behavior. Always happy to connect with leaders navigating transformation, or anyone who believes operational excellence and QEHS belong together.
Leading MAAG’s operational excellence strategy by deploying Lean Methodology, Coaching Leaders, and executing High‑Impact Programs that accelerate performance and build long‑term organizational capability.
Led EHS readiness PMO for GE Vernova's global spin-off across 12 business units - Mgmt. Systems, Compliance & Liabilities, Digital Tools, and Day 1 operational launch.
Created a new cultural transformation program called Vision Safe which showed a significant reduction in the Injury and Incident. Achieving almost 40% improvement from Q4/2021 until Q3/2022. The program has been made publicly available.
Besides project managing the development of an online management platform for over 25000 Kaizens annually, I ran my Black Belt Project resulting in savings between 2M-5M USD annually.
As a Master’s Student, I developed an alternative future process for Additive Manufacturing of dissimilar aluminum structural components (graded A+).
