Implementation of ERP Cloud for Government agencies in the Health and Public Service sector (HnPS), focusing on Procurement and Supplier Accounts modules as part of the finance functional team. o Participated in a complete Software Development lifecycle using Waterfall - which included design sessions, requirement gathering, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). o Spearheaded several workshops to serve as user training sessions. o Constant collaboration with clients to craft tailored solutions to business needs, as well as provide support in both training and live tenants (Hypercare). o Robust knowledge of finance modules, such as procurement and supplier accounts processes. Domain knowledge in cross functional touchpoints on other modules such as banking and settlement, financial accounting and leases. Custom Built Software – Environmental Data Monitoring Project Business Analyst Migration of Government Cloud software and Change Request Lead for HnPS agency. o Spearheaded multiple five-digit Change Requests (CRs) using Agile, overseeing the entire process from requirement gathering, to solutioning and implementation. Crafted estimators to ensure revenue was in line with clients’ budgetary needs as well. o Took on role of CR lead, managing multiple CRs and ensuring adherence to implementation schedules by supervision of the CR team. Managed daily reporting efforts - including highlighting of risks and developing contingencies. o Facilitation of cross-functional meetings to elicit and clarify business needs, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure accurate translation of requirements into robust, functioning code, and crafting detailed specification documents. o Developed thorough test scripts to ensure effective System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
