Most of my focus at Shaw was on internal, corporate and operational communications. These communications varied from executive level reports to daily communications highlighting business critical changes. A past project of mine had been to revamp our on-boarding process and to find ways to consolidate training across the different Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing teams. Through the creation of training videos and online training materials, I helped modernize our approach to employee training. On the technical side of the business, I lead Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing’s SharePoint support and created/designed our internal Intranet team site. Finally, I worked on implementing and providing continuous updates for these site as they act as a “hub” for all Supply Chain activities.
