▪ Deploying clean and renewable energy technology interventions with India's Power Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) ▪Building a novel platform for CSO's, Funders and Solution providers towards an over-arching objective of improving technological, operation and financial performance of DISCOMs in India.
▪ Managed a portfolio of 10 Megawatts of rooftop solar projects worth $10 Million ▪ Successfully executed over 8 Megawatts of Solar rooftop projects with project margins well above 20% ▪ Recruited and managed a team of 15 full-time employees in the Philippines ▪ Facilitated client discussions on project specifications, contracts and pricing worth $2 Million in 2018-2019 ▪ Managed overall project and internal cash flows, project margins, project timelines, recruitment of project specific teams and internal staff. ▪ Managed procurement of over $8 Million worth of equipment for projects including vendor negotiations on costs, payment terms and delivery terms. ▪ Managed the negotiations and selection of contractors responsible for the construction of over 7 MW of solar projects.
▪ Managed the design and deployment of 4 Megawatts of Solar rooftop projects portfolio spread out across 4 sites in the Philippines worth $5 Million. ▪ Successfully executed 4 Megawatts of Solar rooftop projects with project margins close to 30% and meeting a 100% of all contractual deadlines.
