My working career involved taking ideas from product team, provide completeness analysis, translate into understandable and complete requirements, understand the product being defined, and guide the further development through review of their documentation. I provide a second level of refinement for product ideas, freeing up product managers to concentrate on customer needs, and providing a uniform description for new development. Out of all of the companies that I worked at, InComm was one of the best.

InComm provides pre-paid cards and services as gift cards, debit cards, and gaming services. As a business Analyst, I work on the definition of new initiatives in the pre-paid space.
Took business ideas and converted them into the detailed requirements that are used to develop the feature. Established requirements definition for company – brought experience to show good requirements documentation, templates, review practices. Provided Word template for the requirements documentation that provided the requirements in a list for input to the test organzation and provided an update mechanism for requirements that did not change the automated requirement numbering. Currnetly providing contract support for requirements updates after requirements engineer position as a stand-alone position was eliminated.
