Along with negotiating contract terms for multiple RoPax vessels several shipyards, I perform GAP analysis of major classification society and facilitate execution of recommendations. • Assisted Asian Shipyards in potential European partnerships for construction of cruise vessels. • Contributed to cruise ship business development for two major classification societies in China. • Led planning and construction optimisation for multiple Asian shipyards, with a focus on high technology vessels. • Drove a start-up consultancy from infancy to become an industry recognised leader in the field of cruise ship building and operations. • Spearheaded overall operations of Ropax Project 774 from restart to completion from insolvent shipyard FSG, including completion of vessel in Fosen Yard, Norway.
