Participate in /conducting customer seminars and to make technical presentations. Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions, negotiations and receive clear Purchase Orders from clients. Coordinate with Product Management/Application Engineering team and factories to make ordering data sheets. Support the Order handling team to make arrangements to receive and deliver manufactured equipment to buyer, manage interaction with customer for acceptance, dispatches, follow-up for payments etc. as part of project execution process. Market research & information gathering regarding markets, technologies, updates, trends, competitors, customers, products. Regular visits to the customer places to develop new customers and maintain existing customers - meet with the key customer persons, develop & maintain good business relationship. Having good knowledge of EPC customers,PSUs (NTPCs,BHEL,EIL etc).
