    After continuous, progressive promotions, I was named Senior Director of Siemens Canada, reporting directly to the CEO; I served in this role for ten years. My responsibilities included implementing consistent program methodology for eight divisions across Canada, training and mentoring project managers, managing divisional coordinators, and establishing the limits of their authority. I collaborated with and advised the leadership at Siemens Germany, providing feedback on our standards, and led executive project reviews for our Canadian divisions. I was also selected as Head of Special Projects, including Product Life Cycle Management, and I chaired the Certification Review Board.
