Enterprise personalisation is a method used in web and user experience design as well as digital marketing that seeks to tailor a digital product to specific user needs. • Built a Check & Balance Framework for American Express that monitors and report missing count values and distribution values for each key variable for all the files coming from ECP. • Worked on a prominent form of content personalisation i.e., the recommendation engine.
