Provide oversight and mentorship to Regional Directors, facilitating structured communication between regional leadership and the Board of Directors. Lead statewide outreach initiatives to increase NSNA membership engagement and participation among nursing students. Chair the Nominations & Elections Committee (NEC), managing the full election cycle for state board positions in accordance with bylaws and parliamentary procedure. Coordinate election operations and oversee scholarship distribution at the NSANYS Annual Convention, ensuring an organized, transparent, and equitable process.
