Support the Global Talent Management System used by 250,000 employees worldwide. Support in testing WORKDAY for the transition of the Time & Absence system • Conduct system, regression testing in QA and UAT, and participate in scheduled releases and check-outs. • Day to day collaboration with team and colleagues in Costa Rica, India, Tampa, and New York. • Develop weekly reporting and data analysis on Business Analyst weekly metrics. • Create Business Requirement Documentation to outline business needs as we collaborate with cross functional teams on enhancements and new system implementations.
Comprehensive knowledge of Workday modules including Work Force Planning Adaptive, Benefits, Absence, Contingent Workers, Recruiting, Learning, and On and Off Boarding. Key responsibilities of this role include: Monitoring and troubleshooting of Workday integration events for: Pre-Payroll, Time & Absence, Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Comp & Ben Talent, Global Benefits, Organizations. Creation and maintenance of advanced MS Access tool for monitoring. Creation of Excel dashboard for monthly metrics and controls linked to Access and SharePoint. Development, testing and deployment of Dashboards and visualization solutions with Power Bi for clear and concise senior management presentations. Maintain, update and coordinate Standard Operating Procedures and suporting documentation and publications for services and projects. Coordinate with Project Consultants and ensure tasks and deliverables are prioritized, executed and completed on time.
