My work was focused on supporting the president’s goals by building positive relationships through grass roots outreach and promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity to support the university’s mission. Change Management • Produced weekly morale booster thematic videos during the COVID-19 pandemic. • Developed programming list for presidential engagement with UCF stakeholders. • Identified service-driven activities in collaboration with other departments for presidential participation. • Co-developed guiding principles for the incoming president through a design thinking activity. • Briefed Deputy Chief of Staff on event requests for the president and made recommendations of best fit with our intended presidential engagement outcomes. Operations • Supervised administrative assistant and five student assistants. In this position, it was essential to change gears with very little notice and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
