I lead product for a portfolio of ML products and features across: - Generative AI / LLM applications - Search - Natural Language Understanding - ML Predictability and Control Moveworks was named to the Forbes Cloud 100 in 2023 and to the Forbes AI 50 five years in a row (2019-2023). I am fortunate to lead brilliant cross-functional teams to bring the best machine learning to bear on hard enterprise-wide problems around knowledge discovery, employee engagement, process automation - all leading to eliminating friction for employees and stakeholders. Early hire on the ML TPM team. Led technical program management for Twitter Cortex (Applied ML) on tweet and follow recommendations, topics, automated spam and toxic content detection, reducing the spread of misinformation, and content/user understanding. Drove fundamental efforts to improve success metrics, execution and tracking/reporting of Cortex's key projects in the areas of recommender systems, NLP, graph ML and human-in-the-loop.
First TPM on a new Translations team in Alexa AI. Launched the first translation-based conversational experience on Alexa, called Live Translation, which enables two customers who speak different languages, to converse with each other. Drove collaboration across Alexa AI/NLU, Alexa ASR, Amazon Web Services, Alexa Skills Kit, and Alexa Data Services to deliver a 0->1 feature in 10 months. Our vision was to bring people together by bridging language divides across the world. We're creating new translation experiences for Alexa customers with advances in speech recognition, natural language understanding, machine translation and device tech.
Led programs that scaled up the NLU model development infrastructure for simultaneous Alexa feature launches in multiple international locales, and to enable 40+ vertical/feature teams to build and release features independently of each other on the NLU platform.
Drove organization-wide process improvements in release planning, developer workflows and code quality Established the Test Bed Evolution program for identifying and fast-tracking new high-impact technical projects * Improved synchronization of planning priorities between two development departments (~600 engineers) Drove unification and standardization of development tools at MathWorks * Analysis of current state of tools and workflows – user interviews, UX experiments * Designed and ran iterative data-driven pilots with teams, leading to 20% increase in month-over-month usage Managed Coding Standards programs for Development org of ~1800 engineers (Languages: C++, JavaScript, MATLAB) * Created the standards repository for code in automated tests, based on test bed metrics and expert feedback * Enhanced existing automation for preventing insertion of issues known to cause sporadic failures * Devised communication strategy and rolled out changes in a phased manner

Early employee and part of the team that built and received patents for + the first web-based building design analysis platform, Sefaira Concept, + the first real-time energy and daylighting visualization plugin for buildings, Sefaira for SketchUp. Started out as the owner of the computational aspects of Sefaira’s simulation-driven design products. Over 3+ years, I made contributions in all areas of the business while taking on increasing responsibilities. Sefaira was acquired by Trimble in February, 2016.
