Launched the first translation-based conversational experience on Alexa, called Live Translation, which enables two customers who speak different languages, to converse with each other. Drove collaboration across Alexa AI/NLU, Alexa ASR, Amazon Web Services, Alexa Skills Kit, and Alexa Data Services to deliver a 0->1 feature in 10 months. Our vision was to bring people together by bridging language divides across the world. We're creating new translation experiences for Alexa customers with advances in speech recognition, natural language understanding, machine translation and device tech.
